The CCT Fund was incorporated and commenced business in June 2013 with initial membership of 14, 370. Actual monthly contribution started in March 2014 with a maximum contribution of GH 10 per contributor. Membership has grown steadily on yearly basis

CCT Fund exists to provide flexible financial assistance to its members whiles in active service to prepare them adequately for their pensions.

Vision

The CCT Fund seeks to become the best welfare fund among the Teacher Unions in the country by providing affordable credit facilities to our members.

Our Board of Trustees is responsible for the overall control and strategic direction of CCT Fund. There are currently eleven trustees, bringing a wealth of experience from a variety of sectors to support the Fund Management team with decision-making on strategic issues and hold them accountable for their leadership of the organisation.
