Adokwei Ayikwei-Awulley is the Chairman of the Board of Directors and serves as the Vice President of PRETAG. He is a teacher at the Teshie Jordan Methodist Basic School in the Greater Accra Region.

He holds a Diploma in Basic Education (DBE), Bachelorof Business Administration (BBA), MSc Resource Management, MEd Educational Leadership and Innovation (Administration and Finance) and a certificate in Pensions Management.
