Victoria is the Principal of Koforidua GRATIS Technical Institute and served as facilitator and a House Mistress at Akwatia Technical Institute.
She holds a Master of Philosophy in Teaching English as a Second Language and Masters Degree of Education in Teaching English as a Second Language from the UEW, Winneba Campus.
She served as a Welfare Officer and Gender Coordinator at the Kade Zone, Eastern Regional Welfare Committee Member and currently as the PRETAG Gender Coordinator for the Eastern Region and a Board Member of CCT Fund
