Augusta serves as School Improvement Support Officer (SISO) in Ghana Education Service, Berekum and has served as Municipal Girls Education Officer in Berekum. She has Master of Philosophy, Educational Administration and Management from the Catholic University College, Ghana and Degree in Basic Education from the UEW, Winneba Campus

Augusta served as the Bono Ahafo Regional Treasurer and currently the Bono Ahafo Vice Chairperson of PRETAG and a Board Member of CCT Fund.
