Adokwei Ayikwei-Awulley is a teacher at the Naval Base School in the Greater Accra Region. He is the National Communications Director of the Coalition of Concerned Teachers Ghana.

Ayikwei-Awulley holds a Diploma in Basic Education (DBE), Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA), MSc Resource Management, MEd Educational Leadership and Innovation (Administration and Finance) and a certificate in Pensions Management. He is the Deputy Board Secretary of the CCT Fund.
